Theft from motor vehicle -Whetley Lane

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a  that occurred on Whetley Lane between Monday 2nd March 0730hrs and 3rd March 1700hrs. 

VICTIM LEAVES HIS VEHICLE PARKED LOCKED AND SECURED OUTSIDE HIS HOME ADDRESS, DURING THE TIMES STATED UNKNOWN SUSPECT REMOVES THE FRONT NUMBER PLATE BY UNKNOWN MEANS MAKING OFF IN UNKNOWN DIRECTION. 

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
